The Website provides general information about real estate services, neighborhoods and the market. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Website, including the net proceeds calculator and market data, is for general information only and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Calculator results are estimates. Commissions are negotiable and are set only in a written listing agreement. Consult an attorney, accountant or lender before making decisions.

3. No agency relationship

Using the Website or sending a message through it does not create a brokerage, agency or client relationship. A relationship begins only when the New York State agency disclosure form has been provided and a written agreement is signed, as required by New York law.

4. Property and market information

Listings, prices, availability, square footage and market statistics come from sources deemed reliable, including the multiple listing service, but are not guaranteed and may change without notice. Please verify all information independently. Nothing on this Website is intended to solicit property already listed with another broker.
